Each ROOTED sport page is built around access, safety, shared equipment, practical skill and a pathway forward—not just participation.
ROOTED SUP is a low-complexity way to build balance, paddle skills, water confidence and self-rescue. It can work well for introductory school groups when conditions, supervision and flotation requirements are right.
SUP boards, paddles, PFDs, pumps, fins, repair kits, board bags, carts, straps, racks and secure storage.
Instruction, guiding, fitness/recreation programs, board repair, waterfront operations and crossover into surf and paddling.

Evidence-backed relationship state: Astral has provided human product-fit, care, inspection and wholesale-route guidance. Quick Water Canada, Cascadia Board Co., KIALOA and local SUP operators remain research/reference routes because no direct relationship evidence is recorded. No partnership, sponsorship or delivery commitment is implied.
Equipment brands, operators, associations, coaches, technicians and local experts can all contribute to an activity page.
