ROOTED is an early-stage, community-led initiative focused on young people: sport, outdoors, creative work, practical skills and the confidence that comes from trying something real.

We’re developing ways to connect equipment, transport, funding and useful introductions around real needs. Support depends on capacity and confirmed arrangements.

ROOTED began in British Columbia. Vancouver Island is the proposed first pilot; the wider invitation reaches every province and territory.
The pilot is still in development. Delivery, funding and participation targets are planning assumptions until arrangements are confirmed. Growth will follow local readiness and what we learn.
ROOTED is separate from HUNTER’s commercial projects and is not a store or retail umbrella. No registered-charity status, charitable tax receipt, guaranteed support or available program place is implied.
